Lewt is a Pyrrat Mixel.

Description[]

Personality[]

This treasure chest on crab legs can often be found waiting tables at the Pyrratz tribe’s Sea Dawg dinner theater. Even when off-duty, Lewt can never relax as the other pirates are always trying to steal those jewels in its mouth. That’s why this nervous creature’s eyes are always on stalks looking out for potential looters!

Physical Appearance[]

Lewt is mostly brown in color. He has two grey teeth on his upper jaw. He has stacked golden coins that resembles his lower jaw teeth. He has a handle as his nose and has a lock where it appears on his chest. His left arm resembles a golden claw, with his black and grey striped arm, whereas his right arm is brown as he is holding a gold coin. He has six gold colored legs, and grey and green striped eyestalks.

Early life[]

Little is known about Lewt's past.

First adventures[]

He and his brothers ended up giving up their treasure to the Nixels, as they believed that was the best way to hide it. Later, he angrily confronted the Nixels over lying about their findings. ("Nixels' New Adventure!")

He and his brothers once attempted to rob the Mixopolis Bank, only to be scared off by the Medix, who were hiding in the vault. A blast of water from Aquad caused them to Max, sending them away. ("Attempted Bank Robbery")

His parts were used to create a Mix, along with Splasho's parts. ("Strange Medix Mixels experiment creates new Mixels Max")

Further adventures[]

Lewt and his brothers mistook a pile of flour for a beach, attempting to bury a treasure chest in it. ("Pirates Mistake Pile Of Flour For Sandy Beach")

Lewt won a gold medal in a 10k Crab Crawl competition, only for the medal to be snatched away by a Nixel. ("Nixel Snatches Gold Medal At Olympics Prize Giving Ceremony")

Unlike his brothers, Lewt does not appear during the Nixel invasion of Mixopolis; however, his silhouette does appear in a photograph at the Sea Dawg. ("Nixel, Nixel, Go Away")

Set Information[]

Lewt was released as part of the Series 8 Mixels sets in 2016 product wave. His set number is 41568 and contains 62 pieces.

41568 Lewt can be combined with 41566 Sharx and 41567 Skulzy to create the Pyrratz Max.

Trivia[]

  • He has the same type of legs as Tapsy in his LEGO model.
    • Like Tapsy from Every Knight Has Its Day, Lewt does not actually appear in Series 8's respective episode, however, he makes a cameo in the intro and a photograph of him at the Sea Dawg. This makes them the only Mixels not to appear in the show.
  • In the intro, he gasps in amazement at the Cubit, but he still does not have a speaking role.

Name and basis[]

Lewt's name is a misspelling of "loot". It also resembles the name Lew.

Lewt appears to resemble both a fiddler crab and a treasure chest. He may also reference how in certain media, there are creatures that disguise themselves as treasure chests.

Voice[]

In the TV series, and where sound clips are used, Lewt's voice is unknown.

Reveals[]

On October 11, 2015, official images of the sets of Lewt and the rest of Series 7 and 8 were leaked in LEGO's online server.[1]

On December 20, 2015, Lewt appeared in artwork with the rest of Series 8 in a Russian consumer catalog.[2]

Lewt reappeared with the rest of Series 7 through 9 at Toy Fairs in late January and early February 2016.[3][4]

Content[]

Lewt debuted in the TV series on October 1, 2016 in the opening sequence for Nixel, Nixel, Go Away, and appeared in the same episode as a cameo, while his LEGO set officially became available on June 1st with the rest of Series 8.
