Series 4 is the fourth wave of the LEGO Mixels sets. It was released on February 1, 2015, with some stores selling them early throughout January 2015. Series 4 consists of nine characters, split into two new tribes - the Orbitons and the Glowkies - with three characters each, and three extra characters were added to the Infernites tribe. One character in every tribe came with a Nixel, whose models were updated this wave.

In the show[]

These characters were the main focus of Mixel Moon Madness. All Series 4 characters also appeared in A Quest for the Lost Mixamajig, but with minor roles.

Orbitons[]

41529 Nurp-Naut
Rokit, the unhinged trooper from the intrepid Orbitons tribe, does everything as if his life depends on it – and we mean everything! Whether getting a cup of coffee, waiting at a crosswalk or petting a kitten, this intense creature with laser-style probe arms approaches all day-to-day tasks with vigor. The other Orbitons just don’t seem to share his ‘all-in’ attitude, which annoys Rokit no end!
Note: This set comes with a Nixel.
Niksput has all the charm and bravado of a leading man, but the brain of a banana! This dim-witted Orbiton with a sharp hairstyle likes to pretend that he’s up for anything, and only realizes how scared he actually is when it’s too late. So beware – Niksput’s adjustable wings for high-speed flight combined with a total lack of skill mean that a crash landing is always likely! Two-faced Nurp-Naut is both the baby and the elder of the Orbitons tribe. This split personality has one face with the innocent eyes of a toddler, and another with the all-seeing cyclops eye of a know-it-all elder. And if he wasn’t so forgetful, his flashes of wisdom might be more use to his tribe mates. It’s lucky Nurp-Naut has a helmet, too, because that spinning head often causes this accident-prone Mixel to spin out of control and bonk his head on moon rocks!

Infernite cousins[]

Meltus Flamzer Burnard

41532 Burnard a
41532 Burnard
Meltus may look like a scary T-Rex, but this pampered Mixel is really a shy sweetheart with a permanent sniffly cold and allergies to everything. Whenever the red-hot Infernites venture out of the magma wastelands to somewhere new, poor Meltus takes one sniff and starts sneezing flames. If you didn’t know he was made of scorching fire, you would think he could use a warm blanket and a cup of hot cocoa! To the paranoid alarmist Flamzer, every situation is a cliffhanger or desperate emergency. This strong but totally untrusting Infernite is always alert to danger – think a meerkat in the body of a bulldog! Unbelievably fast, Flamzer is impossible to catch when he’s running away in terror. And watch out for that flame tail – it’s hot enough to melt a building like butter!
Note: This set comes with a Nixel.
Burnard is a nut! This giggling fool from the magma wastelands laughs at everything. Fear is met with a nervous cackle, while sadness causes a tear-filled chortling howl. And when this zany Infernite laughs really hard, he belches fire. Probably the only thing that will stop Burnard chuckling is a funny joke – he just won’t get it!

Glowkies[]

Globert Vampos Boogly

41533 Globert a
41533 Globert
41534 Vampos a
41534 Vampos
41535 Boogly a
41535 Boogly
Globert is a luminous talent! He may live in the darkest caverns of the Mixel Moon, but this showboater believes he can dazzle any audience. For the Glowkies tribe’s ultimate exhibitionist, everywhere is a stage to show off his talent. And when the lights go down, Globert can hypnotize anyone with a spellbinding stare from that glow-in-the-dark cyclops eye! Vampos sounds so silly when he tries to talk through those big teeth and he seems chilled out most of the time. But this sedated sports enthusiast from the nocturnal Glowkies tribe is capable of incredible bursts of energy. He lives for the buzz of aerial acrobatics and has amazing aeronautical skills. With those glow-in-the-dark eyes and high-velocity flying ability, Vampos can make a tornado of bright light through the night sky!
Note: This set comes with a Nixel.
Oh puh-lease! Pretentious snob Boogly reckons he’s seen and done it all, and almost nothing impresses him. The hyper-critical Mixel just can’t stop complaining. But at least Boogly’s big mouth has one good use – those teeth can chew through just about anything! It was his powerful jaws which created the Glowkies tribe’s awesome glowing lair deep in the moon caves.

Trivia[]

  • This was the first wave to not contain any in-game booklet codes, as Mixels Rush was not released at the time of the sets' releases. Despite this, all members of this series were included in the game.
